Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition with all packaging included.
To begin your return, please visit: simplysoles.loopreturns.com (U.S. orders only)
A $9 return label fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
Please allow 10–14 business days for processing once your return is received.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges on eligible domestic orders.

If your selected item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges are processed within 7–14 business days.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return experience, we kindly ask that:
- Items are unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging is included
- Returns are postmarked within 14 days of delivery
- Final sale items are not returned or exchanged
Items that do not meet these standards may be returned to the sender.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Email customerservice@simplysoles.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders cannot be modified after submission.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard (5–10 business days): $9
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
- Delivery may take up to 20 business days
- Shipping options include DHL and USPS Global services
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
Please note: we are unable to ship to PO or APO boxes internationally.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Any duties incurred upon return will be deducted from your refund.
Refused packages are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund.
Promotions
- Only one promotional code may be applied per order
- Select items (including sale items and certain brands) may be excluded
- Promotional codes cannot be applied after purchase
