Shipping and Handling

Domestic (and US Territories)
Our shipping and handling rates are simple. No matter how many shoes or accessories you purchase, the prices below apply. Please note that orders received after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day so, please factor that in when selecting delivery service. UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, if multiple orders are placed, they may be shipped separately to allow for prompt delivery.

UPS Ground- shoes (3-5 business days) $12
UPS Ground- accessories (3-5 business days) $8
UPS 2nd Day Air-shoes/accessories (2-3 business days) $27
UPS Next Day Air-shoes/accessories (1-2 business days) $37

For Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories, a surcharge of $15 will be added to the above shipping rates.

International (including Canada)
Our international shipping and handling rates are listed below. Please note that our fees do not include any VAT taxes or Import duties that may be assessed. SimplySoles ships packages FOB (Free on Board) and as such, is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Any and all claims should be filed by the customer directly with the carrier. Additionally we apologize that our free shipping on exchanges and returns does not apply to international customers.

One item- US $30
Two items- US $45
Three or more items- call for rates

Washington DC Residents
We love working in the District, but unfortunately because of it, we have to charge you sales tax on merchandise and shipping charges for all Washington, DC deliveries.

For your convenience, we welcome charge purchases using the American Express® Card, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payment by check, money orders and gift certificates.
