SimplySoles Exchange & Return Policy


EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY!
We are thrilled you placed an order with us and want you to be equally thrilled with your order. If something isn't right, if you aren't entirely pleased with the fit, color, or style, simply return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your receipt - with the exception of the final week of our Jubilee sale which only allows items to be returned for store credit only. The items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. Original condition means that the item is returned in the same condition it was received. We understand the need to try products on; however, no signs of wear should be incurred by simply determining proper fitting. All shoes and accessories must be unused, have original labels attached, and be in their original box with tissue paper/wrapping. If these terms and conditions are not met SimplySoles reserves the right to deny the return or charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note that special orders and personalized/monogrammed items are returnable for store credit only and that opened hosiery and skincare products are NOT returnable. Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping.

EXCHANGES are FREE!
For exchanges, simply let us know what you would like as an alternate order (contact us by email or phone) and we'll ship the item to you free of charge (if you live in the continental USA), along with a prepaid shipping label for the product you are sending back to be exchanged. If there is a price difference on the item(s), we will either credit or charge you for the difference. Free exchange shipping only applies to your initial exchange. If subsequent exchanges ensue, you will be charged a $5.95 shipping charge. We apologize that free shipping on exchanges does not apply to international orders.

RETURNS are EASY!
For returns, we will credit your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned (please note that applicable shipping charges are not refunded and that personalized items and items purchased during certain sales (those specifically identified as such) are returnable for store credit only). If you live in the continental USA, a convenience you can contact us (via phone or email) to request a UPS Return Label to affix to your package and drop off at a local UPS Service station or drop box. A shipping label fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your return. If you prefer, you may choose an alternate method to return the merchandise though we recommend that the shipping method be trackable and insured, as we are not responsible for lost packages that were not sent using a return label we provided. COD returns will not be accepted. We apologize but prepaid return shipping labels are provided for domestic orders only.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Thank you for shopping with SimplySoles, an online boutique that prides itself in selling exceptional shoes & accessories, and providing exceptional customer service.  We value your business and hope you'll shop with us again.  If in the event that you recently received a product that is currently on sale, we are pleased to offer price adjustments.  Simply contact us within 14 days of shipment (i.e., 14 days from when the product shipped from us to you) or 14 days from shopping in our store.  We're happy to extend the sale price to you and credit you for the difference.  The exception to this policy is during our January and July Jubilee sale.  Price adjustments will not be made to match sale prices during the Jubilee sale (for items purchased proceeding and/or during the Jubilee sale).
