We think it's important for you to know that you always speak directly with one of our own customer service representatives who knows the product not by script, but by training and handling the products first hand. Though this means that we can't accept your calls 24 hours a day, we hope you'll agree it's a valuable trade-off.

Please note that for online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not currently accept the Discover card, or payment by checks or money orders unless under extenuating circumstances.
