Approximately when will I receive my shoes?

Unless an item is on backorder and/or you upgrade to expedited shipping, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, though in many cases we upgrade the shipping (complimentary) to 3-day select when the package is being shipped to the West Coast.

For packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories, we no longer charge a $15 surcharge. However, these packages will ship via the US Postal Service and may take up to 2 weeks to receive.


I love my shoes, but need a different size. How do I exchange them?

Exchanges are easy, breezy, and free! Either call us as soon as you know the size doesn't fit and let us know if you need to go up or down in sizing. If we have it in-stock, we send it out right away with a pre-paid return label included in the shipment for you to send back to us the size that doesn't fit back. Or instead, simply return the shoes to us with the bottom portion of your invoice noting you would like to exchange for a different size and we will send it to you. If we don't have it available, we'll promptly contact you.


How do I know what size to order?

It helps to know what size you typically wear in American and European sizes. All of our shoes are inspected by our experienced staff to list on the website how the style is running. When in doubt, always give us a call at 800.909.3679 and we will gladly assist you!


What should I do if I want every pair?

We feel your pain. If you're really having problems, we suggest calling us (800.909.3679) for some advice. We have to pass rigorous self-restraint tests, as evidenced by not walking home with a new pair of shoes every night, and we're happy to make suggestions.


I love a particular shoe, but I confess I don't know how to wear it. Does that mean I shouldn't buy it?

Heaven's no! Just call us to ask for insight. While we can't pair it with a particular pair of pants in your closet, we can certainly point you in the right direction. You can also check out the "Kassie's Closet" section of the site and see how she wears and styles the shoes in our collection.


You have a style but it doesn't appear to be in-stock. How can I try and get this style?

SimplySoles has a "Wishlist" for customers just like you! Sometimes we have a style that is returned (unworn) and it is the size you need. If this is the case, we will call you and let you know we have it in stock and if you would like to still receive it.


I have a narrow (or wide) foot, will any of your styles fit?

We currently only carry medium width styles, however some of the designs we carry run either narrow or wide. If there is any hesitation on ordering a style because you are concerned about the width, just give us a call and we'll steer you in the right direction.
