We're Red Carpet Ready...

I confess I have a fascination with celebrities (hence the names of the lillybee shoes and my subscriptions to US and People magazines). It's a mindless form of entertainment on a Friday afternoon when my brain can't process much besides big glossy pictures and mindless gab. I like reading about what my faves are up to, who they are dating, and of course, what they are wearing. And lucky for me, with the Oscars just around the corner, there's an extra flurry of activity.

Award shows are a time for Hollywood's best to come together and celebrate their professional achievements - but I'll be honest - I care more about who is wearing what, than who won what. I love watching starlets slide, slink, and shimmy their way down the esteemed red carpet. Some enjoy it. Some don't. Some look great. Some don't. Some will be on the best dressed list, and some will land themselves on Blackwell's list of the Worst Dressed Celebrities. I always wonder what on earth their stylist was thinking. I mean, I have my own fair share (too many to count) of bad hair/makeup/wardrobe days, but at least I didn't pay anyone to make me look that way.

Seeing beautiful bodies gone awry (thanks to bad styling) makes me realize that it helps to work with people you trust. And we want you to know that we value the trust you place in us. We work hard to find you products that will catapult you to any Hollywood A list (or at least make people on the street stop and ask where you got your shoes). And like any stylist (but for free) we're always just a phone call away to answer your questions about what to wear with certain shoes or how to accessorize an outfit.
