SimplySoles Says…

It's in the Water

“It must be in the water,” is a phrase that I hear quite a bit lately, probably because I am the second Rebecca to get pregnant while working here at SimplySoles! Sooooooo as ironic as it is, Rebecca (with the h) gave birth last fall and so will I this coming October.

As excited as I am to have my first child, it's also bittersweet because I'm sad to say I will not be coming back as the General Manager of SimplySoles. It has been a pleasure to work with Kassie, the Customer Service Associates (“my girls” as I call them) and of course all our loyal customers that I have grown to know by first name. I cannot say enough about how great my experience working here has been, but I can say that whomever takes my place will see first-hand what an honor it is to work in such a positive, growing environment.

Aside from this meaning I'm exchanging phone duty for diaper duty, it also means that we are on the hunt for a special someone to join SimplySoles and fill my role as General Manager. We will be actively recruiting qualified candidates over the next few months until I leave in October, but first wanted to check to see if one of our faithful customers is just that person.
