SimplySoles Says...Lucky you!
One thing I've never quite understood is how or really why, fashion magazines are a month ahead. It's May 11th and I already have my June issue of Lucky. I'm not complaining, particularly because this issue has a personal significance, I'm just stating a fact...while I'm getting my May issues of my business publications in the month of May, all my fashion magazines are mailing me their June copies.
Back to Lucky though, the June issue of the magazine is full of surprises. For one, while page 155 isn't exactly pretty, I will say it's interesting. And two, not one but two of our shoes are featured...the Hawaii by Cydney Mandel in the "Shoes of the Month" section, and the Frannie by Delman in the "Do Good While You Shop" section. How lucky for us! But we're not the only ones that are lucky. We're also in another section called "Lucky Breaks." I imagine most of you know what that is. So I'm strongly encouraging you to buy the magazine (or borrow a friend's) and check out page 236. It may come in handy when shopping for yourself, or perhaps your mom.
Speaking of which, I wish you a WONDERFUL Mother's Day. Being a mom, and having a great mom, are the real reasons why I'm feeling so lucky.
