Last week I was in need of a watch. This week, I'm in need of employees. I think I'd rather be late and still have these wonderful women working for me. I now find myself more punctual than ever, but on the verge of losing three great girls in Amy, Lula and Regan. Heartbroken but excited for them and the opportunities they leave us for, I'm left to fill their void, or at least their seats.
I imagine it's not customary for retailers to reach out to their subscribers asking for assistance. But since when did I EVER want SimplySoles to be ordinary? Surely not. Definitely not! We want our relationship to be more personal than transactional. Afterall, we aren't a faceless corporation conglomeration, but a small group of women who share you passion for the finer footwear in life.
