You could argue that I don't know the time. I seem to be late to most meetings, dates, and dinners. Between the changing of the clocks three weeks earlier, owning a "smartphone" that's not smart enough to display the correct hour, and spending most of my days and nights in our windowless warehouse shipping out shoes, I kind of have an excuse. But the unadulterated truth is...the older I've gotten, the later I've become. It's a reality I'm just coming to terms with. Perhaps it's just a function of being busier. I don't know the time, because I don't have any time. Seems plausible. But also a bit pathetic. We all lead busy lives. So what gives? In the interest of time (how convenient!), I'm going to start with the obvious...I going to start wearing a watch.
Speaking of time though, it's flying by. Spring is here, or at least near, and my toes are crying out for some fresh air. They want to feel the breezes and showcase their shiny new coat of polish in a fabulous new pair of peep-toes.
