What happens when you mix three women: a blonde, brunette, and a red head? A little bit of trouble. But also some great ideas! While planning for our spring collection, designing the Spring catalog, and oh yeah, moving offices (how could we forget the fun?), we also thought about the website. While more things are in the works, we thought we'd share the advancements to date to hopefully help you spend less time searching the site for information, and more time shopping the site for shoes...
1. Account Login: Since many of you are repeat customers (thank you), we wanted to make checking out faster. So after placing your favorite shoe in your cart (may we suggest the Cozumel by Nancy Geist) you'll be prompted to "set up an account." This is purely optional, but the advantage is that upon logging in, you can view current outstanding orders, all past orders (under the same email address), and your personal data (such as billing and shipping address) will be stored so you don't have to re-enter it with every purchase. (Halleluiah!)
2. Order Status: Wondering about the status of your order? Aside from "logging in" (see # 1 above), you can alternatively go to the website and look up the status of your order with your order number, zip code and order total. Has my order shipped? Have I received my refund? Are my favorite patents still on backorder? All of your questions will hopefully be answered in just a few short steps.
3. Wish List: We know there are times when a style your heart is set on isn't available, whether it's completely out of stock or we just don't have your size. Now, rather than feeling entirely distraught, you can complete the "Wishlist" form on the website and you'll immediately be contacted if/when the item comes back into stock.
We are still making improvements every week, so please keep your savvy eye checking us out, and please let us know if we've missed something you'd like to see.
