Lost a heal , Nov 20, 2009
by Mette Mop from DenmarkI just love my boots but the first time i had them on I lost a heal, and unfortunately didīnt notice, so they are already a bit too used:-( So please let your customers know that loosing heals is a thing that easy can occur. Kassie's comment: One of the beauties of all of Chie Mihara shoes is that they come with replacement heels in the box. So if this does occur (which this is the first I've heard of it) at least there is a replacement heel that comes inside the box. And if you receive a pair that doesn't have the replacement heel, please contact us and we'll send you a pair.

People will notice them because of the detail, so they are a bit of a novelty item unless you wear them under longer pants. Surprisingly comfortable for hours and hours. They fit a little on the narrow side.
