I just love my boots but the first time i had them on I lost a heal, and unfortunately did´nt notice, so they are already a bit too used:-( So please let your customers know that loosing heals is a thing that easy can occur. Kassie's comment: One of the beauties of all of Chie Mihara shoes is that they come with replacement heels in the box. So if this does occur (which this is the first I've heard of it) at least there is a replacement heel that comes inside the box. And if you receive a pair that doesn't have the replacement heel, please contact us and we'll send you a pair.

These boots are very comfortable and definitely a conversation starter! A nice combination. People will notice them because of the detail, so they are a bit of a novelty item unless you wear them under longer pants. Surprisingly comfortable for hours and hours. They fit a little on the narrow side.

This boot goes outside my normal style choice, but I was looking for something unique and versatile. I found it. Superb quality construction, fit well except for a bit of room in the heel (I have narrow heels). Weather warmed up early so I haven't had the chance to wear them yet. I can't wait until fall! They hit at the right part of leg, so the calf doesn't look wide if you happen to have larger calves like I do.
