by Heather from DCWhen Simplysoles first emerged there were a pair of pumps I coveted, but did not buy -it was the Crystal (I think) by T Rose.... To this day I have lamented that non-purchase; when this shoe by Bettye Muller showed up, I decided to not make the same mistake twice! The memoir is fantastic - tall yet solid, sexy but sophisticated and restrained, it moves from work to weekend without a blink! I may (almost) be over my non-buyer remorse from seasons ago...
