I confess I was a tad taken aback by the extreme popularity of this shoe. Once I started wearing my pair though, I immediately understood the appeal. They are exceedingly versatile, comfortable and look great on the foot. I also wear mine on wet days since they aren't leather and are more resilient than most in the rain.

Got myself the Gwyneth as a Christmas present- and really like it. I have worn it to work and out to a party- it easily goes both places. Note- there is a bit of a pattern on the shoe- I'm not sure how to describe it- like crackling paint. I really could not see it from my computer when ordering. I was a little put off by that at first-- but then started wearing them anyway and now really love the shoe.

I bought this same shoe in the shinier gold version last year, and have worn it a lot. This shoe is just as comfortable and great looking - I get compliments no matter what I'm wearing it with: jeans, dress slacks - doesn't matter. People notice these shoes!

I've wanted these shoes for about a year. I tried on the shoes in the store but decided to pass. I recently ordered the size 9. I usually wear 8-1/2 and to my surprise, the 9 ran really small. I don't have the narrowest foot, so perhaps that's the difference as it pinches my little toe. I'm trying to stretch them little by little. These would probably fit better on someone who has narrow feet that don't swell. The height of the heel, and the appearance is perfect otherwise.
