Service was excellent. These shoes were not as good quality as I expected, although they aren't a bad value for the price. Color was darker than I expected -- almost black rather than purple. I would have (& probably should have) found a higher quality shoe that cost more; these are obviously plastic & probably won't sustain my kind of wear.

Since my wife, Heather, has always been a fan of your Lillybee flats, I was glad to happen on your add for Erin in Purple. She will be thrilled. Santa already gave her all her Christmas gifts. But since Heather was an especially good girl this year Santa will agree that it is only appropriate to follow up with the Erin in Purple flats and the blue Bamboo Chic Barefoot Dreams robe I just ordered. I like the sole on these shoes because entryway floors are often made slick by our winter conditions. I'm sure the Erin flats will take an honored place in the shoe closet I just built for her last summer...and that she will be wearing them with her purple top and wow jeans the next time she picks me up at the airport and whisks me off to our favorite southside bistro. As we talk into the night..."Nice shoes!" I think I'll say.

Well, I was right. Heather was thrilled with the Erin in Purple flats I ordered for her.
My wife has always been a fan of Lillybee flats. I had returned to town on the day the shoes arrived. She held the shipping carton on her lap with an impatient grin that said "What did you get me this time?" That night she wore her Erin in Purples with layered plum and purple tops, her birthday earrings and her wow jeans. We escaped to our favorite Italian restaurant. The great soles helped on the icy downtown streets. As we talked into the night..."Nice shoes!" I said.

These flats are very cute in person with the grommets although the purple is a little dark unless up close. The rubber bottoms make them very comfortable! The shoes are a little stiff at first but I'm hoping will loosen up after a few more wears.
