by pam from milwaukee, wiI was so excited to have these sandals and waited quite a while to get them. The color is a wonderful green and the construction is quality, but the overall fit is quite small. These felt nearly a full size smaller and a tight fit for even a narrow foot like mine. The stacked heel is 3 1/2" though advertised as 3". Just a bit too high for my bad knee. Rats. I had to return them.

by Kassie Rempel (Owner)Hi Pam - I'm sorry these were too high for you. We measure heel heights (we measure on size 7s) from the middle of the heel. It's very possible that if you measure somewhere else or measure using a different size, the heel height will be lower or higher. As for the size, we offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges. So we encourage customers to just give us a call if they need a different size and we'll promptly send out the replacement. Thank you!
