Our CommitmentWe love ALL the shoes and accessories featured in our catalog and on our website, and we want you to LOVE them as well. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly attempt to resolve them.
If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you can exchange it or request a refund. Simply return the merchandise in its original condition with the receipt within 30 days of purchase. And better yet, if you want to exchange the item for a different size or even a different item altogether, we will ship out your replacement for free.

For the last six years, I’ve been owner/founder/CEO/customer service rep/shoe buyer/shoe designer/brand ambassador of SimplySoles. And what am amazing experience it’s been. Starting in my dining room with a wall of shoes, 1-800 number and tape gun in hand, I’ve grown from 200 friends/family to over 16,000 customers. Sole Comfort
We feel that fit, that is Sole Comfort, is important. So many of us forget that our feet change size based on the weather, our level of activity and just plain over time. Accordingly, please remember that a numerical size is not as important as the feel and comfort of a shoe on your foot. Many of the European shoes we stock are cut on the small side so please do not be alarmed if you think we sent you a larger size than normal. Our staff converts European sizes into US sizes by trying on the shoes ourselves. And please utilize our exchange policy to ensure you have the perfect shoes for your feet.
